Alyssa Tsai is the Founder and General Partner of mshrmm, a venture capital firm focused on artificial intelligence, decentralized infrastructure, and next-generation technologies. She is also the Co-Founder of PANONY and PANews, one of Asia's leading Web3 media and strategic advisory platforms. Under her leadership, the group has supported over 500 blockchain projects and advised institutions including Amazon Web Services, Ant Financial (Alibaba Group), and major digital asset exchanges on go-to-market and ecosystem development.

Prior to her work in Web3 and venture, Tsai held leadership roles across law, communications, and digital innovation. At CondΓ© Nast, she led strategic partnerships and product development, launching the VOGUE credit card and VIP membership program. At Isentia, she advised clients including Apple, LVMH, and Huawei on APAC expansion and crisis strategy, designing LLM-powered media intelligence systems used by executive teams. She began her career in high-tech litigation at DaVinci, a Taiwan-based law firm, and later led regional campaigns at Ogilvy for clients including Google, Seagate, Oracle, and Cheetah Mobile.
